Chinese Frenzy

In sight of the coming CL 'O' Levels Exam, all my posts from now on till after the exam shall be in Mandarin. So change your view to unicode if you cant read the words. Or might as well just dont read them if you find it a chore. Guess it will be lesser posts from now, exams are just a U-turn away.

八月九日，我班浩浩荡荡地迈向Aljunied的孤儿院。这经验对我来说，可说是前所未有的。这不仅仅是我第一次被赋予了机会到孤儿院探访，透过这次的经验，我也因此获得了很大的启示。所谓：“施比受，更有福”，为人们付出所取得的满足感和成就感是非笔墨所能轻易形容的。与其当个冷血，毫无热诚的“冷血动物”，我们应该因为自己比别人更加幸福，快乐，而因此把自己微不足道的时间投资在这些非常需要爱，关怀，和保护的孩子上。

如今的社会已随着时间的摧残，渐渐成了一个“个人自扫门前雪，休管他人瓦上霜”的世界。在现在的社会里，又有几个会为了无依无靠，流浪街头的老爷爷，奶奶而成天吃不下饭，睡不着觉？而又有几个会为一位瞎了眼的叔叔或阿姨而停下脚步，往口袋里掏一掏几角几分钱，向这些那么努力，坚强，勇敢地生活着的战士们给予一双援助的手？哪怕是几毛钱的纸巾，这何尝不是一种表现自己对对方支持与鼓励的方法？

万事都是由第一步开始的。尽管那一步显得多么的渺小，那一步，毕竟是一个开始。所以在此呼吁大家，下次不要再装腔作势地走过捐款箱了。那时候，就想想自己以后或许会成为一个无儿无女，孤寂，寂寞的老人，而因此热心地捐款。就从这一刻起，敞开你的心怀，帮助那些需要帮助的人吧！

Akeelah and the Bee

alright, i have decided to use this movie for my movie review. a fabulous movie. and ahem, please do no attempt to plagiarise by using this movie too if you havent thought of what to write for your own english homework. i would love for my movie to be original. like i was saying, this is a spectacular movie. a couple more weeks and this movie will be a blast.

do not question my foresight by doubting if this movie will ever make it big. lets recall. remember earlier this year i was talking about '我叫金三顺'? look at it now, almost everyone is falling heads over heels for this show. what about 'high school musical', it turned out rather well too didnt it? so hang on to your tail feathers and be prepared for ak.ak.el.el...a.k.e.e.l.a.h..akeelah......
